Let Speakeasy sort your special day for you, our pop up wedding package starts at $4,995 +GST and includes all you need for your special day.

Included in our pop-up wedding package is:

- venue, wedding arch and décor

- celebrant

- photographer

- bridal bouquet and buttonhole

- canapes and drinks

- wedding cake

- sound system and music managed for your ceremony

- day of coordination

The package is based on 20 people – additional people can be included at $30 +GST each.

A pop up wedding is based around the ceremony, photos and cocktail hour style celebrations. This part of your day takes approximately three hours, leaving you the rest of the day to party or relax with your family and friends.

We work with all the other vendors to bring your wedding together, and you simply turn up and it all happens. We can pull a wedding together in as little as four weeks. We can recommend services to help you get ready – like hair, make up, transport etc. We’re here to make your day as easy and stress free as possible.

We work with a number of Manawatu venues, most with indoor and outdoor options. It depends on your date and venue availability, and also your preference.

Yes – absolutely. We only work with one couple on any given day, so timing is flexible.

Yes – we work pop up weddings around your date preferences.

We guarantee a minimum of 100 digital photos – often the couples get a lot more than that. Couples usually get a sneak peek – highlight collection within a few days of the wedding, and the rest within a month.

You can choose the flavours – most cakes are two tiered.

Yes – you get to choose your ceremony songs – walking in, signing, walking out, and background play list.

Day of coordination includes us working with you to create a timeline for your day (including preparation time). We share this with you prior to the day of your wedding.

We recommend a celebrant, available for your date. We then set up a meeting (zoom or in-person), for you to meet and confirm you are all comfortable. Having the right vibe with your celebrant on your day is important. If you don’t feel like the celebrant we have recommended is a good fit, we will look at alternatives.

Never did I think I could plan a wedding with 9 weeks notice, from a different country, without it being ridiculously stressful but then I found Speakeasy Events and Tracy and boy was I wrong! We opted for their "Pop Up Wedding" service and it was better than we could have ever imagined. Tracy organised absolutely everything (except hair, make up and dresses) and all we had to do was turn up on the day and enjoy ourselves and that we did, as did our guests!! If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. 100/10 recommend as the absolute best way to get married! Thank you Tracy!!
